"Harmony Now!" to Sing Anthems for Harbourcats - July 2, 2013

"Harmony Now!" will be singing both the American and Canadian national anthems at two Victoria Harbourcats baseball games at Royal Athletic Park on:

- Friday, July 19th versus the Wenatchee Apple Sox, and
- Friday, August 9th against the Bellingham Bells.

"Harmony Now!" to Perform at Butchart Gardens - May 13, 2013

"Harmony Now!" will bring their smooth vocal harmonies to the performance venue at Victoria's world renowned Butchart Gardens on Tuesday, July 9th.

In this glorious setting, the group - featuring singers Chelsea Kutyn, Jennifer Sanders, Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis, along with Peter Rothhauser (piano), George Koenig (bass guitar) and Don Leppard (drums) - will perform new arrangements of classic rock and pop hits.

Show time is 8:00 p.m. and is included with admission to the Gardens.

"Harmony Now!" to Perform at Alix Goolden - March 9, 2013

The vocal group "Harmony Now!" will be performing at Victoria's Alix Goolden Hall on Tuesday, June 25 at 8:00 p.m. - singing new harmony arrangements of rock and pop classics. The group features singer: Chelsea Kutyn, Jennifer Sanders, Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis - backed by piano, bass guitar and drums.

"Harmony Now!" - featuring Chelsea Kutyn, Jennifer Sanders, Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis - will sing the U.S. and Canadian anthems at the final home game of the regular season for the Victoria Royals' Fan Appreciation Night versus the Everett Silvertips on Friday, March 15th at the Save On Foods Memorial Centre. Celebration Continues! - January 1, 2013

"Celebration - a New Beginning" with Variety Fare continues at the David Foster Foundation Dinner Theatre in the new Oak Bay Beach Hotel on weekedns from January 11 until February 16. The group features Bob Leblanc, Dwayne Gordon, Timothy Kyle, Kelley O'Connor, Merissa Cox, Debbie Robinson and Stan Davis.

"Harmony for Christmas" Cast to Sing Russian Anthem - November 9, 2012

The cast of "Harmony for Christmas" - Heidi Gauci, Andrea Palin, Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis (aka "The Stan Davis Harmony Group") - will sing the Russian and Canadian anthems at the upcoming Subway Super Series on Thursday, November 15 at the Save On Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, BC. The game between the WHL All-Stars and Russian National Junior Team will be will be broadcast nationally on Sportsnet.

"Harmony for Christmas" opens for dinner theatre performances at the David Foster Foundation Theatre in the new Oak Bay Beach Hotel on Friday, November 23 and continues on Friday and Saturday evenings until December 22. There will also be a added dinner theatre performance on Sunday, December 23, and two afternoon tea performances on December 16 and 23.

"Harmony for Christmas" - the musical premiere - November 1, 2012

Stan Davis presents the Harmony Group in "Harmony for Christmas" - a premiere musical comedy from November 23 to December 23 at the David Foster Foundation Theatre in the beautiful, new Oak Bay Beach Hotel!

This mirthful musical comedy abounds with hilarious Yuletide yarns, warm sentiments and a delightful array of original and familiar holiday songs.

Staged by Jennifer Houston, the cast is: Heidi Gauci; Andrea Palin; Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis – with Stephanie Sartore (piano); Joey Smith (bass); and Don Leppard (drums). This one-act musical features a side-splitting Santa monologue, a visit from the "King", and an abundance of music and laughter – all wrapped up with a fulfilling conclusion.

A fun-filled evening providing rich vocal harmonies, plenty of laughs – and sobering heart – to help celebrate the season!

“Harmony Forever” is the first of the new “Harmony Series of Musical Comedies”, written by Stan Davis.

Each show features a musical performance by a vocal harmony band and the hilarious antics of the group when momentous events in their lives intervene.

The second show in the series, “Harmony for Christmas”, will premiere at the new Oak Bay Beach Hotel Dinner Theatre in November 2012.

The Harmony Guys to Perform with Crystal Singers - February 24, 2011

Variety Fare to perform "Hats Off to Broadway" - February 4, 2011

The premiere performances of Variety Fare - a new vocal harmony group - will be on March 24 & 26, 2011 at Victoria's Metro Studio Theatre. The group will perform "Hats Off to Broadway" - a musical revue written by Bob Leblanc.

Assembled by pianist Bob Leblanc, Variety Fare is a vocal harmony group featuring the voices of Fran Bitonti; Angela Ireland; Sarah Carle; Dwayne Gordon; Timothy Kyle; and Stan Davis.

"Hats Off to Broadway" will also be performed at Sidney's Mary Winspear Centre on April 9 and 10, 2011.

"Wizard of Oz" Performances - October 15, 2010

Stan will be appearing in the VOS production of "The Wizard of Oz" at Victoria's McPherson Playhouse from November 19-28, directed by Matthew Howe with musical direction by Heather Burns. Chelsea Tucker plays Dorothy and Stan's dog, Bishop, has landed the coveted role of Toto!

Six years and about a hundred performances throughout BC since our first performance of "Forever Plaid" at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, we're thrilled to be at the McPherson Playhouse for a fundraiser for Victoria Operatic Society!

Starring: Dwayne Gordon (Jinx); Chris Newstead (Frankie); Timothy Kyle (Sparky); Stan Davis (Smudge); with Heather Burns on piano, Joey Smith on Bass and Don Leppard on drums, this fast-paced musical comedy, acclaimed worldwide, features four irresistible harmony singers struggling to make it in the 1950's who are killed in a car accident and are given the opportunity to return from the afterlife to finally realize their dream. This hilarious look at the guy groups of the era includes breathtaking renditions of 29 timeless hits of that era including such favourites as "Heart & Soul", "Chain Gang" and "Catch A Falling Star", "Three Coins In A Fountain", a wild calypso medley, and the entire Ed Sullivan Show performed in 3 minutes and 11 seconds! "Cardboard Castle" at Victoria Fringe Aug.26-Sept.5 - July 2, 2010

"The Cardboard Castle" – a new one-act musical written by Ernest Paul Murray, with songs by by Ernest Paul Murray and Stan Davis – premieres at the Victoria Fringe Festival August 26 to September 5, 2010.

The story focuses on the lives of five homeless "people of the street" and illustrates that, while everyone has different life experiences, we are all inherently the same in our hearts and as people. Directed and choreographed by Sylvia Hosie, the show features 12 catchy musical numbers and an outstanding cast.

"Harmony for Christmas" CD available at "Gypsy" performances - October 2, 2009

"Harmony for Christmas" CD's will be available for sale at Victoria Operatic Society's presentation of "Gypsy" at Victoria's McPherson Playhouse November 20-29 at Pre-Show and Intermission. The CD showcases the musical talents of VOS members - including "Gypsy" stars Fran Bitonti and Jason Vikse, and a share of the proceeds will go to VOS.

Harmony for Christmas - July 28, 2009

When song-writer Stan Davis set out to produce a new Christmas album, he wanted to present original, new carols for the holiday season - performed with rich vocal harmonies. Thus was the genesis of "Harmony for Christmas".

Featuring the fabulous voices of: Erin Magee (soprano); Noelle Antonsen (mezzo); Kezia Yates (alto); Fran Bitonti (alto); Dwayne Gordon (tenor); Jason Vikse (tenor); Chris Newstead (ten/bar); Timothy Kyle (baritone); and Stan Davis (bass); this recording also highlights the excellent musicality of: Heather Burns (piano); Alex Olson (bass guitar); and Don Leppard (drums).

Thirteen of the sixteen tracks are original tunes, and all are lush with harmonies and memorable, hummable melodies.

With songs that will touch your heart with joyful harmony this CD is a perfect addition to any holiday music collection.

Recorded at Woodshop Studios in Duncan, BC, Canada - and engineered, mixed and mastered by Zak Cohen, "Harmony for Christmas" will be released in November 2009.
